Six prominent figures in the crypto and blockchain space have joined Astra Guild Ventures’ (AGV) advisory board. The group includes Andrey Shirben, Mario Nawfal, Haydn Snape, David Streltsoff, Joseph Rubin, and Alexandre Raffin. These thought leaders will offer guidance for future decisions being made within Astra Guild Ventures and provide input and feedback to guarantee the success of AGV projects.
Andrey Shirben is a successful entrepreneur who has established more than 20 successful startups that have investments across Europe. Before joining AGV, Mario has already been working as a strategic advisor of several companies, including StackOS.io and Dot Finance. That is why, in the eyes of many, Andrey is considered a crypto-genius, and his wisdom can be felt in every word that comes out of his mouth.
“I am passionate about projects that challenge the status quo and disrupt large markets dominated by not willing to change incumbents. The combination of P2E/NFT gaming with DAO governed guilds does exactly this. It redefines the relationship between the games, the gamers, and investors and truly rewards each one of the participants in this new De-economy. On the one hand, you get gamers that are rewarded for their time and effort, on the other — the gaming industry is no longer monopolized by large, centralized entities and their walled gardens. With the help of guilds like AGV, you can also add investors to this equation and enable them to earn money by supporting this ecosystem and helping it grow and thrive. It’s this win-win-win scenario that excites me, and the fact that AGV is already leading this space and working with games like AXIE Infinity is just the cherry on the top,” said Andrey (@shirben)
Mario Nawfal is the CEO of NFT Technologies, one of the first companies to focus on public offerings and trading symbols for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). Mario is also the founder of We are Growth Hackers and IBC Group — International Blockchain Consulting. With Mario’s vast network of leading personalities in the crypto and business world, he is sure to transform communities, inspire confidence among investors, and build bridges between countries on separate sides of an aisle.
“The ability of the DAO to grow fast in a given span of time while maintaining the transparency across stakeholders through the AGV earnings dashboard, where everyone can check the current earnings of the DAO in real-time, is what impressed us the most.” Mario (@MarioNawfal) said in a statement.
Haydn Snape is the owner of Snape Trading Company, a limited company registered in the UK and, Omicron Solutions, a full-stack software development company focused on blockchain and AI. Aside from this, Haydn is also a seed investor in various NFT games and has served as a consultant in multiple companies and organizations, including HSBC and Thomson Reuters.
“The advent of cryptocurrency offers significant opportunities for everyone. It can help those who are currently unbanked or underbanked have greater control over their money by making it easier than ever before to manage funds seamlessly without relying on third parties. AGV aims to be an instrument to this by helping speed up adoption of new NFT and blockchain projects,” said Haydn (@haydnsnape),
David Streltsoff is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Efficient Frontier, leading research and algorithmic trading firm and liquidity provider for digital assets. David has also held key positions in several companies, including Senior VP of Global Sales at Ambisafe and Head of Sales & Sales Enablement at MayStreet.
“I have seen how committed AGV is in becoming one of the largest DAO’s. They are constantly striving to be number one, and their dedication shows through every day. They are also extremely knowledgeable about all things cryptocurrency, which makes them stand out from other DAOs. I am honored to be part of AGV’s advisory board,” said David.
Joseph Rubin is a successful entrepreneur. As CEO for Blue Monster Games, he developed Kart Racing League, a play-to-earn NFT game, to give players the ultimate kart racing experience with friends across America and worldwide. Beyond this, Joseph was the previous CEO of Rubius Inc. He also served as a biotechnology researcher, manufacturing engineer, to name just some positions that he’s taken on various projects throughout his career — which is quite an impressive list for someone so young.
“AGV will be pivotal to making all of our games a success. Their team brings with them a wealth of knowledge regarding play-to-earn NFT games, and we’re delighted that they see the potential of Kart Racing League.” Joseph said.
Alexandre Raffin is the Founder and CEO of GAINS Associates, one of the world’s most prominent and most respected crypto communities. Alexandre started his heavy involvement in cryptocurrency in 2017 and helped many Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) cater to their various needs. Alexandre’s extensive knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency will surely lead AGV into new territories and bring us to success.
“In GAINS, we always strive to bring value to everything we do, and we think that partnering with AGV will bring just that to all of our stakeholders in GAINS. Considering the rise of Play-to-Earn (P2E) games, we think that AGV has a tremendous upside. More than that, we invested in AGV as they share the same vision with gains — building a truly decentralized community within the blockchain space,” says Alexander (@AlxandreRaffin).
Astra Guild Ventures is a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) that invests in NFTs, P2E games, and other blockchain projects. AGV aims to build a global community of investors, tech leaders, NFT and blockchain enthusiasts, and P2E players.
